Delta-T Group was established in 1989 by Joanne McAndrews, who worked for many years in the healthcare field.
Joanne became aware of the need in her field to help facilities attract and identify, on short notice, high quality professionals to deliver services to patients and consumers.
She opened her one-person agency to address this need within the professional community. Her agency started by connecting local hospitals and healthcare facilities as well as professionals in the pharmacy and substance abuse fields.
Soon, Delta-T expanded to create workforce solutions for social services, behavioral healthcare and IDD residential facilities.
In addition, Delta-T Group then expanded to include K-12 school systems and education settings. We are proud to be a driving force in maintaining high quality standards for the contracted professionals we refer in the sectors we serve.
Delta-T Group is now a two-generation, family-owned and operated organization. The McAndrews family along with a team of talented executives and staff personnel support the ongoing efforts to remain a reputable leader in the industry.
After more than 35 years, Delta-T Group now offers referral services to clients nationwide with established affiliate offices in 11 states.
